Office & Human Resources Manager
Starting Wage: $52,743.60-60,000.00 DOE
Full or Part Time: Full Time
Location: Fife, WA
Basic Position Function
This position fulfills two primary roles in the company: office manager and human resources manager. As office manager it is crucial that all daily functions of the office are operating smoothly and efficiently. As human resource manager it is your responsibility that company policies are up to date and all personnel situations are tactfully dealt with.
Duties And Responsibilities
Office Management:
• Organizing office operations and procedures
• Maintaining the current filing system
• Acquiring supplies for the office and shop
• Maintaining the shipping schedule to ensure it is up to date and accurate
• Ensuring that all operation accounts are current
• Social media support
• Collaboration with outside vendors to ensure the success of the office including but
not limited to IT, copiers, security, maintenance, etc.
• Organize company events including lunches, parties, etc.
Human Resources:
• Upkeep of personnel changes including onboarding, position changes, termination,
etc.
• Inputting and approving payroll with accuracy
• Recruitment including working with local temp agencies to continue the workflow
• Managing and maintaining confidentiality with background checks and drug
screening of employees
Safety Coordinator:
• Ensure that Titan’s safety procedures are current and accurate
• Preparation of Site Specific Safety Plans for jobsites
• Attend safety walkthroughs with Safety Northwest to ensure the facility is not subject
to LNI fines and that employees are working in a safe environment
• Coordinate with LNI to perform yearly walkthroughs
• Schedule routine maintenance for company vehicles
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Desired Attributes:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Office experience is preferred
• Human resources certification is preferred
• Willingness to learn and take on projects as they become available
• Safety experience is preferred
• Intermediate experience using Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Good written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively
communicate with all levels of vendors, customers, and coworkers.
• Ability to process estimates quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail with accuracy
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced, and conditions varying environment
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Independent worker
• Punctual and reliable
